Download the app from the App Store/Google Play. Register following our simple registration process and start tailoring your house!

Navigate to the home page. You can scroll to view different products, tailored-made to your preferences or you can search for specific products by typing what you are looking for on the search bar. You can also click on one of our categories to view products within each category. You can click on a product to view the product details and to add it in your cart or your Wishlist. You click on a seller to view the seller's shop, view other products offered by the seller or to follow that seller

Navigate to the home screen and browse or search for products listed for sale. Click on the products of your interest to view more details and add them to your cart, if you want to buy them. Checkout your cart when you are ready to place your order. During checkout you can select your delivery address and your preferred way of payment. Click place order to complete your purchase.

The BeBeezy App accepts all major credit and debit cards.

You can view and manage your orders from the My Account page of the app. Within that page you can select to view all the orders that you have placed and follow up on the progress of pending orders. You can also view all the return requests that you have submitted and follow up on their progress

With our BB Coins Loyalty Program, every purchase brings you closer to savings. For every €20 you spend on furniture, you earn 1 BB Coin. Each BB Coin is equivalent to €1 in value. 

Gift products are products that we offer to you for free, along with other purchased products. Different type of Gifts become available depending on the total value of your purchase. You can select your Gifts through the cart srceen, during the order checkout process.

If you have received a damaged item then you can initiate a return by placing a return request. To do so, navigate to the  orders page, click on the order that you want to return and select the products that you want to return. Specify the return reasons, add any comments that you might have and place your return request. You will be given the option to be compensated with BB Coins equivalent to a percentage of the product value and keep the product or return the product and get fully refunded. The BeBeezy team will evaluate your request and either approve it or reject it.

After purchasing a product, you can leave your comments and feedback for that product.

You can find the products that you have liked under the My Account page

You can manage your account through the My Account page. Through that page, you can update your user profile, manage your registered address and cards, view and manage your orders and return requests and view your liked products. You can also request to delete your account. By doing so all your information will be permanently deleted.
