2. Orders and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeline:  Customers will receive their goods within 6 to 10 weeks from the date of dispatch. During the winter season, the delivery timeframe may extend to 10 to 12 weeks.

2. Force Majeure and Delays:  Bebeezy shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by war, acts of God, customs clearance delays, or any other circumstances beyond its control. The estimated delivery period commences from the date of dispatch of the goods.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking: Customers can track the status of their orders in real-time through the Bebeezy App.

4. Disclaimer: Bebeezy shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from any delays or failure in delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery information. Bebeezy is not liable for any delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Notification of Delivery: Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched. Any queries or concerns regarding the delivery should be directed to Bebeezy’s customer service team.

3. Pricing and Billing

The Users can access the Website and register and account free of charge.

Charges apply for customers who place an order for the purchase of an item/product directly from a merchant/seller and the delivery of the order.

The delivery service fees may vary in cases of force majeure that is beyond BEBEEZYs’ control and in this case that charges may increase.

BEBEEZY reserves the right to change its prices and fees at any time. In the event the merchant dispatched an item/product and the courier company has already been assigned to provide a service and this is subsequently cancelled by the customer, then the provisions of the Cancellation Policy apply, together with the provisions of the Returns and Claims Policy.

All payments made by customers for products and/or services are executed through VIVA PAYMENT SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A. which is a licensed payment service company having an established branch in the Republic of Cyprus.

All the prices stated on the Platform are inclusive of any taxes that may be applicable.

4. Returns Policy

1. Returns or Exchanges:Bebeezy is committed to ensuring that every customer has brand new furniture that has not been opened twice. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a serious quality issue or the item received does not match the order.

2. Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you find any scratches, damages, or minor defects, contact the Bebeezy team immediately at for assistance.

3. Color Discrepancies: Bebeezy strives to provide the best shopping experience. However, due to differences in display screens, slight color discrepancies between the online images and the actual product are normal. Please refer to the actual product received.

4. Return Requests for Quality Issues: If you encounter any quality issues, size discrepancies, or significant color differences indicating the product does not match the order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the furniture. Use the return link in the app or contact the Bebeezy team at to initiate the return process.

5. Packaging for Returns: Ensure that you repackage your return items properly. Returns without protective packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Order Number Identification: When returning items, include your order number on or inside the package to help our team identify your return. Note that custom-made items and assembled flat-pack furniture cannot be returned.

7. Return Shipping Costs: As a small independent business, we regret that we cannot offer free returns.

5. Cancellation Policy

The User may cancel an order free of charge, provided that the cancellation is placed within 24 (twenty-four) hours and before the order has been dispatched by the merchant.

After payment of the order, the customer may change the delivery address once at any time by contacting the Bebeezy Team at The change of address is limited to within the same country as the original delivery address and cannot be altered to another country.

If the new address is in a different city from the one originally specified, the customer will bear the resulting costs as provided in this clause. In this case, the customer will be ordering a new service and agrees to be charged the applicable amount for the new delivery.

BEBEEZY reserves the right to cancel an order without having to provide a just cause, and in this case, the User shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
